This non-exempt position is responsible for but not limited to utility account setup and maintenance, billing, collection of payments, posting payments, balancing daily revenue to daily transactions and providing information to the public utilizing a high level of customer service both in person and by phone. Experience should include a minimum of six months customer service experience, minimum of one year of experience working with cash transactions, experience with data entry and proficient with computer software and other office machines, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, professional interaction with customers in-person and by phone. A high school degree or GED is required. Starting salary will be $16.00-$17.75 depending on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
