Utility Services

The City of Osage City provides electric, natural gas, water, wastewater, and sanitation services.


Osage City provides three-phase electrical service to all the business and industrial areas in the community. Osage City has the capability to produce over 9,000 KW of power, but the facility is also interconnected with Westar and purchases power on contract from both Westar and the Grand River Dam Association. The City would be able to adequately provide power to any customer looking to locate to Osage City.
